The next Liberty Brew and View movie is,

Bread and Roses
Tuesday, July 15
Doors open at 6:30
Movie starts at 7:00

City Nights Theater at Capital City Bar & Grill
3149 S. Dirksen, Pkwy, Springfield
Free admission

Al Piper, from the Service Employees International Union, will be our special guest speaker after the movie.

This is one of my favorite union movies because its a modern-day struggle that shows why the labor movement is still important and it highlights the challenges faced by Mexican immigrant janitorial workers. Its a drama filmed in 2000 starring Adrien Brody, Pilar Padilla, and George Lopez.

Visit my blog for more information and a link to Roger Ebert's good

Please forward this to anyone you know who might be interested.

I'll see you there!
