I wont be at Drinking Liberally tonight, but don't let that stop you from making out to Rock 'n' Sports in Ybor. I hope everyone has a happy Thanksgiving!

I also want to see who is still interested in a liberal book club. If you want to sit down and read with fellow progressives let me know. It will most likely take place near South Tampa (probably the B&N on Dale Mabry south of 275). If you want to be part of this let me know. Joanna Cheshire has expressed interested in taking charge of this. Also let me know what books you'd be interested in reading. I'm trying to get us a good deal on some books, either through B&N or another vendor. Thanks! And have a great holiday!

The election season is over! Now what do we obsess over for the next two years? Well, there are plenty of things to do, organizations that need help, litres of beer that needs to be drank.

If you belong to any organization, or are interested in getting involved in a post-election world, come on out to Rock-n-Sports this Wednesday. There's still a lot of energy and momentum from this election and so many causes out there that need to be fought.

Great food, great drink, great liberals. Rock-n-Sports has our section set aside, with drink specials and a discount for members, we appreciate what they've done for us.

Also, as a liberal with a mother in the Air Force, a brother in the Army and a father who is retired from the Army, I would like to thank every serviceman and woman who watches over us as we go to sleep tonight. This day and everyday. Come home to us safely.
