After you've voted, you should meet us with the UI Democrats at Smoky Mountain Pizza for dinner, and we'll head to Mingles at 8 for drinks and to watch returns on the giant television. If you haven't registered to vote in Idaho yet, you can register at your polling place on election day.

Dear Liberal Drinkers,

The good news: I've recovered quite well from my surgery this winter, and am ready to get back to drinking liberally. After a little consideration, I've decided to switch the night/time for meetings to Tuesday at 8 at the CDA Brewery.

If it gets too crowded, I was thinking of trying out the Sandpiper on north Main Street, across from Rosauers. They seem to have good drink specials, and serve drinks on their patio, and don't get very crowded often.

Now that summer has finally arrived on the Palouse, a nice cold beer is sounding better and better.

Please note that the chapter will now meet at the CDA Brewery at 8 on Tuesday nights - email moscow@drinkingliberally.org if you have any comments or questions.

Anyone ready to get things started again, please let us know by coming down to the Brewery on Tuesday the 24th (my birthday!).

On August 29, Moscow City Council member Aaron Ament will be attending Drinking Liberally as our special guest. Come out to hear some war stories about Moscow's rather colorful political scene.

Due to the holiday, Drinking Liberally will not meet this week on July 4th. The next DL meeting will occur July 12. Enjoy your Independence Day!

We're still here! We still drink beer! Get used to it!

This is the last week of school for the University of Idaho, so we'll be missing a few members over the next few months. I'm sure they will be missing us - not to mention sitting on the warm, uncrowded deck at the Alehouse sipping Hefeweizen and talking politics. Be there so that we can make sure to keep connected over the summer.

Meetings will continue through the summer for anyone who isn't headed out of town, so keep your Tuesdays open.

Liberal Drinkers in Moscow will be treated on April 25th with the presence of Shirley Ringo, Muscovite and Idaho State Representative of District 6. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more Moscow DL info.
