A MST3K-Style Live-Riffing Of Atlas Shrugged Pt 2 On 9/10!

Hey everybody,

We have an exciting and unique Laughing Liberally show coming up in Brooklyn on Wednesday, September 10th!

Laughing Liberally comedians Matthew Filipowicz and Josh Bolotsky are back to spend one memorable evening in Brooklyn performing Capitalism Ahoy!: A Live Riffing Of Atlas Shrugged Part Two, a live, second-by-second running comedic commentary in the style of Mystery Science Theater 3000 on the nigh-unendurably awful Ayn Rand film adaptation Atlas Shrugged Part Two. The performance will take place Wednesday, September 10th at Littlefield in Brooklyn, NY.

Following successful performances last year in New York, Boston and Chicago on the first film in the Atlas Shrugged Trilogy, and on the eve of the third film's release and virtually assured failure, they plan to make one of the worst films ever made actually fun to watch - and slowly but surely advance our covert crypto-communist agenda on an unsuspecting public.

Invitation to The Darrell Hammond Project - Tonight

Friends of Laughing Liberally are invited to a special event TONIGHT:

An open rehearsal of...
THE DARRELL HAMMOND PROJECT
Written by Darrell Hammond and Elizabeth Stein

Based on Hammond's acclaimed memoir, "God, If You're Not Up There, I'm F+cked: Tales of Stand-Up, Saturday Night Live and Other Mind-Altering Mayhem," this performance invites the audience on a heartbreaking and hilarious journey inside the life and mind of an American comic genius, trying to unravel the mystery of how a man repeatedly climbed out from the depths of despair to become a world-class comedian.

If you wish to attend this free event, please email [email protected]

You will receive confirmation if there is space for you.
The event is at The Playroom, 151 West 46th St.
