Drinking Liberally 8/16

Hello Liberals!

This week Drinking Liberally will be meeting, as usual, on Wednesday, August 16th, starting at 6pm at the Shanty on 4th Ave and 9th St. This week is a classic meeting with a twist: Michael Bryan (that's me!) will be presenting the upcoming ballot propositions on the General Election ballot. I'll be talking about all of them (including those the legal status of which is a little hazy at the moment due to court challenges, in case they make it to the ballot) and we'll discuss and debate the more controversial Props over a few drinks. I will talk about the pros and cons of each (if there is a pro or con position that can reasonably be made).
