Eating Liberally will be meeting at Dazzle Supper Club, this Sunday, at 930 Lincoln st in Denver at 11:30 am for delicious brunch.--------->ITS $25!!!<--------- so be prepared. Please come out to meet some fellow liberals. Its a great way to start a Sunday. We will be sitting in the back area of the first room. If you don't RSVP, you prolly won't get in so please send me an email (sufimarie@gmail.com) or send a text message (720-280-3874) to let me know how many.

In other news, I just wanted to remind everyone that Drinking Liberally Denver is moving to the Skylark Lounge at 140 S Broadway. Next meeting is August 13th. Double Daughters has been great to us over the years. But, after almost three years, it's time for a change, stir the pot, and all that.

The good news:
Skylark is extending their happy hour pricing to us for the entire evening. $3 drafts, wine, and well drinks.
They have a small free parking lot in back, and the meters in the neighborhood stop counting at 6pm. No more yellow envelope gifts on the windshield every so often.

The bad news:
The Skylark doesn't own their own next door pizza place that rewarded our patronage with yummy pizza. The remedy to that is a small collection each time to order a pizza. Hopefully that will work out.

Again, I'd like to thank Double Daughters for all their years of keeping their doors open to us, and our glasses and tummies full.

If you didn't notice it last time, the 2nd DL Denver meeting in August falls during the DNC Convention. We're still working out the details, but hope to have a fun evening planned at the Skylark for Wednesday August 27th. Living Liberally is also working on evening entertainment at the Big Tent to be set up on Wynkoop just north of 15th street. Stay tuned for more...
