With the now default Republican choice of Sir Mitt of The Romney, the 2012 General Election Season has now started. Come this Thursday (May 10th) to Drinking Liberally at the Lansdowne Arms starting at 6pm to chat about how this will all pan out.

It’s Spring! Which means this could (with any luck) be the first time we can have DRINKING LIBERALLY this Thursday Evening (April 12th) on the Lansdowne Arms Patio. Even if it’s too cold to sit outside, please join all your DL friends this Thursday and talk about the latest national news, including:

• Santorum claims University of California doesn’t teach American history,
• Frackers in Colorado are buying water away from farmers,
• And some better news – Several major corporations drop their support for anti-democracy organization ALEC

It definitely seems the right wing remains kerfubblebunkered and non compos mentis.
