Sorry for the disappearing act, it's been a while, I know. We'll be meeting up on Thursday night, Jan. 15 at the Rochester Mills Beer Company at 6pm per usual. An incredible amount of topics to discuss since our last meetup will be on tap, besides the brew. I'll send another reminder out closer to the 15th, probably with a rant or two (hundred), they've been building up of course. Hopefully I'll see my old DL friends and new DL'ers alike.

Tonight we're meeting up at Rochester Mills Beer Company located in downtown Rochester at 41 Waters Street just east of Rochester Road. If you can find 4th Street just turn east and you'll end up driving right into the parking lot. We'll be starting at 6 pm. I'll reserve some tables so just ask the host(ess) person.

Anyone spend $150k on clothes this year? How about in your lifetime? Come on hockey moms, those designer Red Wing jerseys gotta be expensive doggonnit!

Hi Everyone,

We are postponing this week's meetup until next Thursday, October 23 which will be held at the Rochester Mills Beer Company. We had our meetup last week and our next one won't be until after the election on November 6. Instead of having a meetup two weeks in a row then waiting 3 more weeks, I thought it would make more sense to spread them out. October has 5 Thursdays in it, which is a little strange, but what a long strange trip it's been.

I know there are some debate watch parties tonight if you are so inclined. I'm not sure this one is going to change anyone's mind at this point, but I'm not sure how anyone could still be an "undecided" at this point either.

If you can google it, look up the "undecided" pie chart that was on Jon Stewart's show last week, hilarious.

Also, I'd like to thank everyone that came out last Thursday to B Dubs in Lake Orion, it was a great turnout and we had a great time.

Also, for those of you who voted TWICE for Dumbya, and I know there's a couple or three out there listening, I believe, in scientific terms anyways, that you may have a kink in your thinker assembly and cannot be trusted around a voting mechanism. Back away from the voting booth slowly, don't make me come down there.

My friends, we will be at the Lake Orion Buffalo Wild Wings located on M-24 (770 North Lapeer Road) just a short drive north of the Palace of Auburn Hills. Speaking of wild wings, didn't McCain crash a few? Youbetcha!

Okay, I'm driving myself crazy already with the sounds of the EmBarracuda.

How many people are going trick or treating this year as a lipsticked pitbull? I'm thinking about going as McInsane, but I think imitating his body movements would seem disrespectful to some, darnitall. Maybe I'll go as a maverick, but then, who's gonna clean up behind me, there's not enough democrats in my neck of the woods to clean up a maverick's mess, at least not yet. Giv'em time out there, conservatives have a slow learning curve. I figure another generation or so will do it.

Now about tonight. We've had some great turnouts at this location and it promises to be another one starting at 6 pm. If you're a 1st timer at this, just ask the host for the Drinking Liberally group table, and if the host is busy, we'll the the happiest looking group you can spot. Afterall, the McCainites have retreated from our borders and are now being pursued thru Ohio and into Kentucky.

Okay, everyone together now. Who are you voting for?
