It looks like our much needed rain has passed for the moment, and I am looking at a beautiful blue sky. With any luck we will have a beautiful spring evening to discuss Liberal ideas. Come out to Cecil's on Gray at 5:30pm, and preach to the choir with the rest of us.

So a few fun topics this week: let's talk about how Republicans ARE the problem, why it matters that Ron Paul won't get out of the race, and perhaps the failure of Americanselect.

A beautiful Spring has sprung here in Houston, and all the flowers are in bloom (at least those that survived the drought). If you're like me, you are now ODing on allergy medication. On the bright side, $1 margaritas are a great cure!

This week I think we will raise a glass to our shock and awe that Gingrich has declared that he is unlikely to win the nomination.
