I was so excited to google
I was so excited to google and find this event happening a couple of days ago. I told my friends about it and rallied a crew together to join me. Man was I disappointed when we showed up last night to find it extremely hott, disorganized, nowhere to stand or sit, and people at the mic "shhhingg" people. There were other befuddled people standing outside and in the hallway trying to figure out where they could go to find a "serious" event in which to watch the debate. With everyone involved I just thought it was going to be a blast. First impression: It was a "hot mess". So my friends and I went a few blocks down to the Tribeca Tavern, had a beer, and watched the debate in a crowded bar(where we managed to find a seat and a view) with other people who were interested in watching the debate and had a great time.
